Functional Thread Rolls

Gagemaker manufactures precision thread rolls that are used with the PG-6000 (Internal), RG-7000 (External), and DPG-6000 (Deep Bore) gages for measuring the functional fit or size of UN Series, ACME, Stub ACME, ISO Metric and 7° x 45° Buttress thread forms. Thread rolls are interchangeable between gages and are designed to measure unlimited diameters for a specific thread form and pitch. Each set of thread rolls is designed and precision ground to ANSI specifications. Common pitches ranging from 4 TPI – 20 TPI of the UN Series, ACME, Stub ACME and 1.5 mm to 4 mm of the ISO Metric thread rolls are in stock. Whitworth and 7° X 45° Buttress thread rolls are available with short lead time. All thread rolls are sold in matched pairs.


Special form thread rolls are available and quoted upon request.
