The Gagemaker CAL-PAK is a collection of precision fixtures that attach to either model of the MIC TRAC measurement centers (MT-3000/MT-4000) to hold inspection gages during calibration. A proper calibration requires that the instrument being calibrated be properly positioned during inspection. This set of fixtures provides this necessary component of calibration and improves the accuracy of the calibration. Measurement results are more consistent with the use of this fixture package.
These fixtures are designed to handle a variety of gages such as, calipers, dial indicators, test indicators, bore gages, micrometers, micrometer standards, and depth gages. CAL-PAK fixtures are recommended for gages requiring calibration accuracies of .001” to .0001”. Each fixture comes complete with detailed procedures for setup and operation.
