For large diameter measurement, our MIC 360 gage is designed for taking in-process measurements of machined and ground diameters. This gage measures cylindrical and tapered, internal and external diameters to accuracies of ±.0002”.
The base unit mounts directly into most conventional tool holders and tracks the precision diameter wheel around the part as it rotates. During each rotation, diameter measurements are sent to the MIC 360's computer, which displays the diameter and/or runout on the digital readout.
