CAL-PAK

How To Order

Select the CAL-PAK set of fixtures or individual fixtures. All fixtures require a MIC TRAC Base Unit.

The CAL-PAK is a collection of precision fixtures that attach to either model of the MIC TRAC measurement center (MT-3000/MT-4000) to hold inspection gages during calibration (refer to the MT-3000 and MT-4000 Data Sheets for more information). When gages are properly positioned during inspection, the accuracy of the calibration improves greatly and measurement results are more consistent.

These fixtures are designed to handle a variety of gages such as, calipers, dial indicators, test indicators, bore gages, micrometers, micrometer standards, and depth gages. CAL-PAK fixtures are favorable for gages requiring calibration accuracies of .001” to .0001”. Each fixture comes complete with detailed procedures for setup and operation.

Individual CAL-PAK Fixtures
	Model No.	Description
	TF-1F	Flat face setting blocks provide parallel surfaces for measuring and used for holding certain CAL-PAK fixtures. Precision ground to within .00005".
	TF-IND Print Operation Manual	AGD and ISO indicator calibration fixture includes interchangeable bushings (.375" and 8 mm) and TF-2F. This fixture holds indicators by the stem and contains a quick release feature for changing out indicators.
	TF-DG Print Operation Manual	Fixture for depth micrometer calibration. Two thumb screws accurately position gages during calibration.
	TF-SS Print Operation Manual	Support block for extended (longer than 6") micrometer depth rods. Requires TF-1F block for mounting.

Individual CAL-PAK Fixtures
	TF-CA Print Operation Manual	Dial, digital and vernier caliper calibration fixture (includes TF-SA support arm). A jaw alignment block ensures precise alignment of the caliper during calibration.
	TF-TI Print Operation Manual	Fixture for test indicator calibration. The fixture's specially designed dovetail slot allows inspection of both single and multi-directional test indicators. Requires a TF-1F block mounted on the MIC TRAC's movable receiver pad.
	TF-SV Print Operation Manual	Fixture for micrometers (6" and up) and standards calibration. The "V" grooves in these fixtures align the standard or micrometer for an accurate thread lead check. Requires TF-1F blocks for mounting.
	TF-VN Print Operation Manual	"V" block fixture for bore gage calibration.The fixture's "V" block and bridge securely hold the bore gage extension rod for precise calibration readings. Requires a TF-1F block mounted on the MIC TRAC's movable receiver pad.
